Onboard Media and Harrah’s Entertainment Resorts in Las Vegas Announce the Re-branding of the Successful Caesars Player Magazine as Vegas Player

The stylish lifestyle publication will feature a new look,
exclusive content and increased circulation

Miami, FL – November, 2010—After chronicling the vibrant Las Vegas lifestyle with the in-room magazine Caesars Player, Onboard Media and Harrah’s Entertainment’s Las Vegas resorts are pleased to announce a re-branding that will take the luxury magazine to a new level, in the form of Vegas Player.

Harrah’s Las Vegas resorts and Onboard Media have entered into a long-term agreement to publish Vegas Player, continuing the successful partnership that was forged in 1994. The agreement will put the magazine in more than 22,000 rooms and suites at the company’s nine Las Vegas resort/hotels, including Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate. The new circulation will result in a 30 percent increase in distribution.

As part of a sophisticated package of integrated-media services, Vegas Player will seamlessly align with content on as well as programming on Vegas Player Television, which will air exclusively at Harrah’s Entertainment resorts. The additional media provide added value for resort guests and offer a truly integrated media package for advertisers.

Vegas Player will showcase the glamour and excitement of the ever-evolving city. With an
insider’s view of the fast-paced Sin City scene, the magazine and its companion television and web programs will continue to provide the dynamic content that readers have come to expect. Leading with a high-impact celebrity cover, each issue will present interviews with movie stars and other Hollywood players; custom high-end fashion and jewelry photo shoots; features on the latest products and accessories; articles on star chefs and headline entertainers; reports on the latest health and fitness trends; and expert insights into gaming. Vegas Player will bring readers the hottest looks, share the latest buzz on the red carpet, and head backstage for insightful visits with Vegas personalities.

Debuting in November 2010, Vegas Player will be published three times annually, and will be distributed to resort guests of Bally’s, Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Harrah’s, Imperial Palace, Paris, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate and Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Vegas Player Television and will go live in tandem with the magazine.
