Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s latest restaurant at Caesars Palace is designed around the Japanese aesthetic of wabi-sabi. To make the sprawling space more cozy, architect David Rockwell used stylish interiors and natural materials, such as stone, wood and paper, to create an atmosphere that feels like a series of intimate, semi-private rooms.
