Donny Osmond grew up onstage. He was just five, barely of school age, when he first performed on The Andy Williams Show. He hasn’t stopped since.

“Fifty years in entertainment, or any career for that matter, is a milestone achievement,” Donny admits, attributing his longevity to reinventing himself and his music. “It’s something I learned back in the eighties, to adapt. Music is only limited to the technology that’s available, and a person’s creativity.”

Donny will soon be releasing his 60th album, The Soundtrack of My Life. A free mobile app is currently available for download at Donny.com, which tells fans the stories behind his new record and gives them sneak previews of each track.

“Each song holds a special memory for me. I share those stories, and some personal ones about Michael Jackson, Elton John and Frank Sinatra, to name a few,” he says of the bonus material on the mobile app.

Marie Osmond, who has been performing with her brother Donny at Flamingo Las Vegas since 2008, says she feels blessed to have had the opportunity to tour, record albums, and appear on Broadway and on television for so long.

“In this business, it’s important to challenge yourself,” she says. “Not just yourself, but also your audience. The root of our success is that we have some of the most amazing fans; performing in Las Vegas is convenient for them because they know we are going to be someplace consistent.”
