How Chef Bobby Flay stays lean and mean.
Like most chefs, Bobby Flay is often asked how he stays in shape despite making a living in the kitchen. “It’s tough,” he answers. “Constantly eating, tasting, cooking. That said, health and lifestyle is very important to everybody, so I decided to write about it.”
The result is “Bobby Flay: Fit,” a low-calorie cookbook the Mesa Grill chef is releasing in December 2017.
