Sip & Savor

Four cocktails we love.

When it comes to creative cocktails, imaginative mixologists are using a variety of fresh ingredients, juices, homemade syrups and spirits to create artisanal drinks that look as good as they taste. Bravo TV star Lisa Vanderpump gives fans “a little oasis to sit, sip and relax” at Vanderpump Cocktail Garden. The menu of decadent drinks includes the Giggy Tonic, a light and refreshing drink comprising of Empress Gin, tonic water, lemon and lavender bitters.

At The Cromwell’s GIADA, try the namesake G Cocktail—a frothy mix of pisco, pineapple and lime juices, apricot preserves and egg white topped with a G stencil.

Leave it to Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN to make a statement. Notes from Gordon, which combines green tea-infused Plymouth Gin, orgeat and peach syrups and club soda, arrives with a witty comment printed on a rolled British flag scroll. Another Ramsay standout is his HK Antioxidant at Gordon Ramsay Steak—featuring Veev Acai Liqueur, blueberries, lemon juice and agave syrup.
