With betting parlors outside NFL and NHL stadiums, team sponsorships and naming rights to one of sport’s most iconic venues—the Caesars Superdome—the country’s largest casino entertainment company is becoming a visible force on the national sports stage. The 20-year naming rights to the Caesars Superdome, which annually hosts the Sugar Bowl and will be home to the 2022 NCAA Men’s Final Four and Super Bowl LIX in February 2025, comes as the company embarks on a $325 million renovation to turn Harrah’s New Orleans into Caesars New Orleans and Isle of Capri Lake Charles into Horseshoe Lake Charles.
“All of us at Caesars are proud to be part of New Orleans’ vibrant culture. We understand that the Caesars Superdome is more than an iconic venue; it’s the symbol of a resilient and innovative community,” said Tom Reeg, CEO of Caesars Entertainment. “We’ve had a strong relationship with the New Orleans Saints for nearly two decades and we are thrilled with the opportunity to strengthen it.”
