A New Nobu

Japanese cuisine might not be top of mind when one thinks of Paris, but Chef Nobu Matsuhisa aims to change that with his second Nobu restaurant location on the Las Vegas Strip, this time at Paris Las Vegas.

The highly acclaimed chef has been satiating the culinary curiosities of Las Vegas visitors across The Strip at his popular Nobu Restaurant & Lounge at Caesars Palace. He now brings his signature dishes, like the quintessential Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, the umami-forward Black Cod Miso and the decadent Toro Tartare with Caviar, to a more intimate setting of 140 seats at Nobu at Paris Las Vegas.

Nobu notes, “I look forward to sharing some of my favorite dishes and introducing a few signature creations in this beautifully designed space.”

Celebrated for his New Style Japanese cuisine, Nobu delivers more of the feeling of popping into a streetside eatery in Japan at this new restaurant through his design elements including natural wood and artistic lantern light fixtures, which dangle from above.

A sushi counter offers guests a front-row seat as highly skilled sushi chefs prepare a variety of fresh fish and seafood in the form of nigiri and sashimi, with everything from salmon and toro to sea urchin. Alongside these takes on Japanese classics, look for playful menu items like wagyu tacos and lobster tempura.

Kick off your meal with one of the signature cocktails like the Matsuhisa Martini featuring Belvedere vodka,

Hokusetsu Junmai Sake, ginger and Japanese cucumber, and be sure to save room for some yuzu cheesecake or a Japanese Whisky Cappuccino, an inventive take on a coffee crème brûlée.
